CITI: The Climb
Only 2% of venture capital funding is invested in women-founded businesses in the US. Our campaign to advertise Citi’s fund for women entrepreneurs uses a visual metaphor that illustrates the obstacles women have to overcome while climbing the corporate ladder, or in our case, escalator.
Our vision was realised by a female-centric crew: Director Nicolina Knapp, Choreographer Coral Dolphin, and Director of Photography, Sophia Olsson, alongside an almost entirely female agency team.
